The blog called One Drawing Daily came to my attention recently when I visited my friend Dakota – he was proudly displaying a beautiful drawing. I noted the link to the blog to visit later and hopped over to visit my pal Sammy. He also had a lovely drawing displayed on his blog. I decided my next visit should be to the blog One Drawing Daily and I saw a few more familiar faces!
Thomas of One Drawing Daily, who is studying to be an architect, set himself the challenge of doing at least one drawing a day to improve his skills. He began on 9th September 2014 and when he drew me on 29th April 2015, he had reached number 472 – well above his target!
I’m so pleased with the sketch of me that I’ve framed it. He mentions in his post that it can be a bit tricky drawing white fur with a black pen, so he’s used minimal lines. I love the result, he’s even caught the healthy shine on my nose!
Thank you very much, Thomas.
I believe he’s still taking requests for doing drawings, but has quite a long list now.

You have until the end of May to enter the draw to win a copy of ‘Someone To Look Up To’ – read ‘Spotlight on Blanche aka The Princess‘ for details of how to enter.
See you next Wednesday!
Thomas has a new website to showcase his art where you can commission a piece: Portfolio of Thomas Clausen
There is still the possibility of a free drawing – instructions in the blog post Get a Free Drawing.
